Photography has always been more than just taking pictures for me. It’s about freezing time.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve delivered a gallery and received messages filled with joy and surprise—“Wow, you got so many good ones!” Parents especially wonder how, in the chaos of wrangling little ones, I manage to capture real love, real connection, and real moments. That’s the magic of photography. It holds onto what time tries to take away.
I fell in love with photography in high school, but in the summer of 2014, everything changed. My husband was a groomsman in his best friend’s wedding, and they asked me to capture their day. Watching the day unfold—the big moments and the little ones in between—I knew this was what I was meant to do.
Because time moves fast.
One minute, you’re rocking them to sleep. The next, they’re running ahead of you, laughter echoing in the air, and you’re left wondering where the years went.
That’s why I do what I do. I want you to feel something when you look at your photos—to see the love, the joy, the in-between moments you might have missed. And years from now, when life looks different, I want you to look back and smile, knowing you took the time to capture the moments that truly matter.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m soaking up the beauty of Montana with my boys—camping under the stars, chasing the sunshine, and embracing all of God’s creation. Our two pups are always right there with us, ready for adventure or a cozy snuggle.
My faith is the foundation of everything I do. My journey with Christ has been one of redemption, healing, and grace upon grace. And in every image I capture, I hope to reflect the beauty, love, and goodness that surround us every day.
If you’re looking for more than just photos—if you want images that feel like home—I’d be honored to tell your story.
Let’s freeze time together. ✨
I used to think I was all about the froo froo drinks, but turns out, I love the basics - drip coffee with my collagen, honey, heavy cream, and butter (which, now that I think about it, does sound pretty fancy!).
I usually make my coffee at home, but when I do grab one out, you’ll find me at my favorite local spot, Wildflower Coffee Co.
Give me warm weather, golden hour light, and a summer breeze, and I’m in my happy place. Winter? Not so much.
I love being outdoors! Hiking, camping, sitting in my hamock!
I make it my mission to connect with kids right off the bat! As a mom with a child who has social anxiety, I know how hard it can be to open up to a stranger. But by the end of a session, kiddos are usually running down the trail with me, giggling, and leaving with a big smile on their face.
